-
Delivery mobility by allowing employees to work from home using a remote extension
-
Choose between popular IP hardware phones or softphones - no vendor lock in
-
Receive & Make calls via the standard PSTN using VOIP Gateways or cards
-

Advanced Voice Applications
Not only does voiceelement connect to baseelement and provides a connection between calls vs customer records and record calls. We've also created applications like Intelligent Dialer as well
Intelligent Dialer
The Intelligent Dialer works with a TTT (Text-to-speech) technology and provides an auto dial out to destinations and automatically relaying a message with an audible and comprehensible generated audio.
-
The intelligent dialer looks through a database and picks up the first name
-
It then generates the audio by converting text to speech.
-
E.g. Hi Jane, this is an automated message from XXX, we're calling to confirm your appointment with Dr. Maddock on 1st of May, Tuesday. If you wish to speak to an operator now to change the appointment, please press 1 now, else you can hang up to confirm. Thank you.
-
The receiver is then given a choice to speak to an operator or acknowledge the message by hanging up.
-
These details are updated in the database.
