trainingelement is a student management tool based on the core elements of baseelement software suite. This allows an training organisation to manage courses and assessments online as well as track student certification. This product is an AVETMISS compliant product.
Extra Modules
Traffic Light Report (View Screen Shot)
Track your courses and capacity with a traffic light report. Green when it's full, Yellow when it's half and Red when it's not full. This gives a sales rep an easy way to view which course dates are not filled.
Online Assessment (View Screen Shots)
Online assessments allow students to go online and finish a multiple choice question or text question time or untimed. Multiple choice questions are automatically assessed where text based questions require a trainer's assessment. This cuts down the time required to assess students.
Statement of Attainment
For each course or module that has been satisfactory assessed, an automated statement of attainment is sent off.
Certification
Once the student has met the criteria of the course, a certification pdf is generated with the relevant units of competencies.
Online Integration
The student management system can be integrated to accept online selection of courses and payment gateway connectivity.
Distance and Classroom
The administrator can track which student has signed up for Distance education as well as Classroom education.
